It's one of the best haircuts and beard shaves I've ever had -- anywhere. The hair stylist was excellent. She was gracious, kind and considerate (I have a sensitive medical scalp condition), as well as being thoroughly professional. I couldn't have asked for more. Thqnk you, Sport Clips!!!

Great haircuts and very competent staff. Everyone there enjoys their job. Nataya is an outstanding stylist!
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is fantastic.
You could lower your prices! $32.00 for an MVP is too much. $26 for a Varsity cut seems high as well. Last time I was in it was $26 or $28 for an MVP. A full service barbershop will do a cut with shampoo and a hot lather shave with a straight razor for $35-$40. Even the Sports clips website says the national average for a varsity cut is $18-$21 dollars. I will be looking elsewhere after many years.

Had a horrible experience. Was quoted 1 minute on the app, showed up and it took 35 minutes to be seen by first available. The manager told me it would be 5 minutes and someone went on break, but don’t worry and don’t leave. All the while I was in a time crunch and wouldn’t have went to that studio with proper info on the app. The stylist did not listen to any of my requests/concerns about my haircut and gave me a trim when I wanted to remove more than just the ends. A haircut that usually takes 30 minutes took her 1 hour and 20 minutes and asking the manager in between cutting for immediate feedback. It was the same experience as I would get at the barber school for a FREE haircut! Instead I paid for this experience. Worst service and experience I’ve ever had in a barbershop and senior management should be aware that the team failed and failed badly.

Nataya has been doing my hair for years. Recently she moved from another shop to Sports Clips. And when I left the other shop I went into Sports Clips and there she was. I love the hot towel and massage when washing my hair. Worth every dollar!
nice cutter and fair prices
This is the second time in a row we arrived at our scheduled time and everyone went on break. Last time at least there was a stylist, who didn't work that location but was visiting or covering or something, and she took my son and gave him a great cut. This time my son arrived and the stylist immediately went on break and he waited a half hour while she was on break!!! That is unacceptable! You guys need to plan your breaks better. What's the point of online scheduling!! I don't think we'll be back.

I tried sport clips again after almost 1 year, having not the best experiences in the past, and stated going to supercuts instead. Unfortunately the haircut was not great.
We definitely needed a little more time and care using the Clippers, to ensure that the sides of the head are clean and even. I had several places where hairs were missed, including a 1\2 inch portion around the back of neck and behind the ear, that should have actually been tappered even closer.
I ended up having to re-fade my hair, myself when i got home, to make it look clean and even.
Everything was professionally and competently provided.
My last haircut. I've been a customer for ten years and the haircuts have always been good until this one. She cut off all my hair even after referring to the notes on my account.
