For the love of god, turn down the volume in BOTH stores. I like ESPN. No, I love ESPN. But not that loud. I and my three sons have been going to your NP ( and new Camarillo) stores for years. The loud ESPN is making dad consider stopping. Even when I am the only customer and the WNBA is on, the stylists can not honor my requests to turn it down. This is crazy. It also is probably a pretty bad work environment condition for 8 hours a day. Name removed

Products are all good quality and service is great. The associates are always friendly and the wait time is not that bad even on a saturday.
