I was supposed to have my hair fading gradually toward the to on both sides equally, but the left side was done lower than the right one.
thought the promo haircut price would include shampoo and neck massage apparently was not included .

Robert! He's awesome. He's the best stylist you have in the Newbury Park location. Please do everything you can to keep this professional at your shop. There's been so many turnover at that store but Robert is always there. He cuts with precision and with skill. I've had a number of stylists at that location that do not have the scissor skills. But Robert is absolutely one of the best. He can easily go out and work at a higher end salon but he likes it there.
Person did not give me the haircut I wanted at all
The lady that used to do my hair did an amazing job cutting and layering but this time the new lady cut my hair straight no style whatsoever lazy job

I think this store is anti mask? Despite the multiple notices that masks are required inside the store and you won’t be serviced without a mask - there was a worker cutting a child’s hair while wearing no mask. There were also two men sitting in the que area wearing no mask.
I won’t be recommending this place and I hope for the child’s sake that women cutting his hair hasn’t been exposed.
Easy to schedule appointment on line. Very little wait time when I arrived. The hair cutter listened as to how I wanted my haircut and was in no hurry to get it right !
