Good haircut at a reasonable price.
Shila is literally the sweetest person in the world, she always takes her time and makes me look my best when i step out of that shop. I always go to the Newbury Park location, all the queens that work there really make me feel confident and give the best experience i’ve ever had in a barber shop.
Specifically, I get a great cut from Kelly every time I visit. She listens to me and is very professional. On the other hand, I often find using the on-line check in feature difficult to navigate.
Fix your appointment system. It does not know the difference between someone who walks in versus someone who makes an appointment. Don't understand how a walk in can be seen before someone who sets an appointment

Create a more relaxing environment. Employees appear rushed. I believe if the stylists had more relaxing workstations service would be beyond compare.

I like that I can schedule appointments. As a senior, I can purchase 6 cuts with the works and get a senior discount and get the neck trim between cuts.

To small . To hollow / loud . Crying little boy with mom getting his hair done . Tv loud and also loud radio music . I felt like I needed some pills to calm down and NOT getting a headache! Did not feel special at any time of treatment . Basically just another “number” in the assembly line :-) price was around $34 , decent . Still left $10 tip . Most likely will not come back .

I loved the service
I had my hair cut by Tina a few day ago and she was great. I also have a dry scalp when my hair is long so, when she noticed my skin irritation she recommended a shampoo and stuff(forgot the name of the tincture) to help. The irritation usually lasts about a week but, it’s gone now. 2 days now. She deserves a raise. I’ll definitely be coming back
The service was excellent. My stylist was very friendly.
We loved how easy it was to put ourselves on the waitlist via website. Everybody at shop was extremely friendly and accommodating. Ashley our stylist was very kind to my boys, she made sure to check in with me ( Mom ) before cutting or doing anything to their hair. Definitely gained two loyal customers with us !
