Unfortunately I received the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten yesterday.
I can deal with poor blending (which was very poor) and poor length consistency on top (which was also very poor) but this stylist cut my sideburns above my ears.
English wasn’t her first language but at a minimum I would expect someone trained to cut hair to know when someone asks for no side burns it doesn’t mean to go above the ears.
Normally a hat can cover a bad haircut but unfortunately when your hairline is exposed between the hat and the rim of a pair of sunglasses, I’m stuck with this one for a few weeks.
I would appreciate a full refund if possible.
I've never gotten a bad haircut from sports clips, it's done the way i like it everytime even though I use what ever stylist is available.
The stylist who checked me in handed me off to a trainee in order to service another client instead. After working on my hair for 20 -25 minutes, the manager had to step in and fix the haircut. NOT a good experience.
