It wasn't what I expected - it seemed too commercial & rushed. C/h been cleaner & workforce c/h catered more to the customer experience. I honestly felt like they couldn't get me out fast enough. Staff was friendly, but it didn't feel genuine.

Online appointment system has faults. Waited an hour and a half after making an appointment online only to be told they could see me today. The system should have a cutoff so you don’t waste your time.
