I asked for a longer cut, but received a much shorter cut.
I feel like I got stuck with someone who is an expert in shampooing hair and less than what should be expected from a stylist. I recommend that you assure that your stylist are properly trained and meet some sort of minimum standard that is above the quality of the haircut I received.
Free neck trim
Guy who cut my hair did a terrible job. Left my hair chopped up because he didn’t know how to do an undercut. I couldn’t tell until I had showered and actually looked at it up close. He seemed new and poorly trained. Nice guy tho

I told the person cutting my hair the exact same thing I tell my sportsclips barber from out of state, and apparently that means something completely different at your location and now I have a buzzcut instead of a normal part with longer hair on top and short on the sides lmaooo

It's nice that you have the cutting records. My son goes by himself now. He is an adult with Aspergers. And it is the same way every time.
Nataya is the best! She always cuts my hair
First off I go in for a basic haircut that ends up costing 37$! Told the girl I had gel in my hair she told me no problem she’d wash it out but didn’t disclose that would be an extra charge. Never in my life have I ever received a haircut where they charge an extra 5$ to use a machine that cuts a little shorter. I’ve had haircuts where they will use a razor and didn’t charge a single cent extra. Not to mention I had to come home and touch it up myself because the haircut was mediocre at best. I still tipped because I’m not a total jerk but never would I ever step foot in this place again.

Getting a haircut at Sports Clips is so convenient; the ease of deciding to get a haircut when you would like one, checking in online and then being notified when the stylist is ready. My stylist was great. I've had her cut my hair before and she is friendly and professional.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this particular Sports Clips salon. Every hair stylist has been extremely cordial, and, at the same time, thoroughly professional -- whilst giving me, each time, one of the best haircuts and beard trims that I have ever had.
That said, this most recent visit was perhaps the most pleasant and enjoyable one so far. The stylist's name is Nataya, and she was fabulous. I would actually have to rate her as extraordinary, in all the ways that I've already mentioned above. Really superb!
No doubt that this is the shop I'll be coming to when I need my next session -- and I will definitely be requesting Nataya as my stylist, if she's available.

I have used this facility for my mild/moderate autistic son a few times now and the stylists have been very kind and great with cutting my son's hair. Some of the best experiences we have had. They tell him what they are going to do and are so kind and do a good job. They treat him with respect and give him great guidance to have a successful hair cut with little issues (ex: head up, can you sit up more, .....things like that because direction help with autism). This time, that was not the case with the stylists. He actually did pretty well in the chair, but does need to move now and then. His sides were cut unevenly and when we asked if she could even them she just said he was moving. So we asked again. She clearly didn't want to be bothered by him. At the end, she didn't even brush the hair off that landed on him. Every place we have ever had his hair cut (or even ours cut), the stylists will brush off the extra hair that got on your neck or clothes. It was very disappointing especially after having some wonderful stylists in the past. The last cut was by Ashley and she praised him for how well he did and talked him through every step of the way. Having a child with special needs is hard enough as a parent, and to have someone make you feel they can help and understand makes the world of difference in our lives. But having someone that clearly seemed bothered, was heartbreaking and added stress. It felt like a form of discrimination because he was different. I'm sorry if our child's permanent disability created a 20 minute inconvenience for the staff. No one has any idea how much tears and hard work it takes to get a child to be this comfortable getting a haircut. It really saddens me that she didn't care if he had uneven hair because he was "different" from her usual clients.

When I left my collar was still tucked in my shirt, the piece of tissue so hair doesn't go down my neck was left, never brushed off hair and back of neck wasn't trimmed.
Never had this happen before.
