The service was outstanding. I had a voucher for donating blood from Red Cross. I was tired when I looked at the voucher and called great cuts. The woman I haven't heard anything about this Red Cross voucher I will need to talk to my supervisor and call you back. Go ahead and checkin online. I needed to be at work at 4. I didn't hear back from her until after 12:30. She said come on now and if we don't take it we have other discounts. It seemed like I drove forever to get to great cuts in NP. I go in show her the voucher and she says this is Sports Clips not us. She told me how to get there. Now its after 1 and I need to drive to Sports Clips off of Wendy Drive NP. I am thinking there is going to be a long line of people already checked-in. I get there go in Ashley shows manger voucher and says go ahead and sign in. There were three men in front of me. I told Ashley I needed to be at work at 4 it was probably close to 2. She said i am very quick I will be able cut your hair in 30 minutes. That was very encouraging to me. She did great hair cuts with the others and I was in the chair 30 minutes from when she said. Ashley was very friendly and professional. That was probably the best haircut I have had. I have her card and will becoming a regular client. I am very grateful that I was able be clean-cut for church this morning. Thank you Ashley!

Actually, THIS time you DIDN'T screw up. This was the first time in five Sport Clips haircuts that I haven't been disappointed with the uneven and incomplete results. This was also the first time I've been to that particular shop, which is inconveniently far away. Too bad the nearby shops aren't staffed like this one.

Nataya has been cutting my hair for a long time. And she is great at what she dose.
Everyone is very pleasant & professional. However I was disappointed that in renewing my season pass, the price went up to $156 from $113— up $43 which is an increase of $8 per haircut about. I understand a need to raise prices, but $8 a session is pretty high increase. Otherwise I’m happy with Sports Clip.
