Using the blow dryer to remove the hair from my face and clothes, or any attempt at all at the end of the haircut would be greatly appreciated. I'm not used to standing up and wiping so much hair off of my forehead with a shirt covered in clippings. The service is always very polite, but the little details could help make it more professional and less of a hit-or-miss experience. That said, your worst day is still far better than the best day at Supercuts so I thank you profusely for that. :)

The quality of the haircut was excellent; in fact, in military terms I would rate it as 'superior.' Besides that, the person who gave me the cut, a gentleman by the name of 'Robert,' was one of the best barbers I've ever had, and I appreciated the way he treated me: He really is a 'gentleman,' and whilst being throughly professional, his caring, kind attitude made me feel completely at home and at ease. And it made me want to come back to this particular shop again -- and recommend it to my friends.
In my humble opinion, Robert should be a manager. And if the people who own this place, or oversee it, are wise, they'll put him in a manager's slot.

This was my first time at a Sports Clips I was welcomed and made comfortable. Helped signing up and in. Was originally not going to give the shop a chance but did. I do no use clippers when I get a cut. I am a mid 50's regular sales guy looking dude. Rob, my stylist explained that a sheers cut was no problem at all. He assured me his training covered all that and more. ROB is the reason I will be coming back to the store. He was polite, professional and did a great job. So glad a took a chance this time.
Robert from sports clips Newbury Park is insanely good at cutting hair. Work on cloning him and you guys will make so much money

Learning about the new services or add-ons you have. Stacking MVP's add-on massages etc. You should list these so we can add these prior to the haircut.
My son hates to get haircuts! Nikki was calm and patient with him. The haircut came out great! He even asked if she could do his next one.

I have been going to Sportclips for over 15 years at various locations. All that changed once I met Nikki. She is the queen of scalp massage. Where I used to only get one MVP, now I get 2-4. She is simply the best!

Better scheduling options so even with a prior appointment you don't have to wait 25 minutes after arrival to get started.
