This is a fantastic dealership! We love Lincolns and have owned them since 2006. Great product that sells itself. We are people who don't mind driving some distance to find the "right dealer." Don Franklin is the RIGHT dealership!! It was more than worth the 2+ hour drive to buy from Don Franklin. Our salesman, Max was fantastic and extremely easy to work with...no games, just mutual respect and no BS. The entire staff was that way and we were in and out pretty quickly. I was taken care of from the moment I drive into the service bay until my car was ready. Everything was explained to me and taken to the waiting area. My car was ready as they showed me the work and explained my invoice. I couldn’t ask for more from a service department.

Have been taking my vehicle here since purchasing it there for all service needs. My advisor Kenydal is awesome, professional and great customer care. I recently moved to new area and was going to take vehicle to another Don Franklin location that is close to my new home. Well, that never happened as after one phone call I felt a difference in customer service and didnt feel welcomed at this location. So, I drive 80 miles to the Glasgow location where I feel comfortable with knowing service is done right and customer service is top notch.

The van we bought has been great. The sales staff were excellent. The only minor issue we had was with the finance person who we felt was trying to sell us additional coverage we told him we were not interested in.
