We really enjoy the 2024 Murano we purchased from MJ at Don Franklin in Lexington. Service department has done a good job in keeping our vehicle serviced and making recommendations when needed. Chris is very knowledgeable and always so friendly. We hope Nissan will keep the 6 cylinder engine in the future of the Murano. It was what sold us in purchasing our second one. It by far out classed the Toyota Highlander 4 cylinder turbo. 👍

Service department personnel were excellent! My service advisor (big guy) was personable, polite, down to earth and very knowledgeable about the “oil consumption” testing process. He alone is the reason I will keep coming back for future services.
The waiting room was clean and accommodating. My wife and I were in and out within an hour! My wife’s vehicle was set up for the 1000 mile reminder to return for the oil checkup. That small detail is very important!
