I was under the impression that they usually vacuum the vehicle. They did not do it. I was very disappointed.

I’m not sure if my tires were actually rotated. I had a marking on one rim that I put there with a sharpie pen. Upon inspection of my car after I had it serviced here at the Severn Jiffy Lube, that same marked rim is in the same location (passenger side rear). This makes me believe I paid for a service that was not conducted. However, I have had alerts on my dashboard for a tire pressure monitor that needs to be serviced. That could be because of the rotation, however I still don’t believe it was actually done.

Professionalism
Technicians are always friendly and helpful when I pull up, and they do a great job. My only issue was I couldn’t use the coupon off a transmission service that I received in an email.
My tire pressure light came on the day after my truck was serviced and according to the document I received that was supposedly checked. I also received the wrong sticker with the next service due on it

Transparency of tire rotation price; was shown a price for a sedan rotation when I have an SUV, about a ten dollar difference so not too bad but sticker price was a bit higher than initially estimated (was not intentional and did not feel malicious, it was busy and there was a lot going on!!) Overall great :)
