Quickly in, friendly, easy, done! Need to reglue a small plastic door handle part myself, but I have the glue.

I just went for an oil change, the lady told me about my ac and motor filter, I decided to change. Paid $180 But when I got home I realized they changed my wipes as well, they didn’t ask, I didn’t ask. I didn’t need a new windshield wiper blade because I had it changed recently, then I realize they just want take as much money as they can from you, even if you car doesn’t need. I’m VERY disappointed, I thought about going back there, but I should have analyzed the final receipt while I was there paying. But if I return next time I will be alert!

I asked to have my wiper blades replaced. I was charged for wiper blade replacement. They were not replaced. They are the same old blades I had before and are still streaking the windows.

I was under the impression that they usually vacuum the vehicle. They did not do it. I was very disappointed.

I’m not sure if my tires were actually rotated. I had a marking on one rim that I put there with a sharpie pen. Upon inspection of my car after I had it serviced here at the Severn Jiffy Lube, that same marked rim is in the same location (passenger side rear). This makes me believe I paid for a service that was not conducted. However, I have had alerts on my dashboard for a tire pressure monitor that needs to be serviced. That could be because of the rotation, however I still don’t believe it was actually done.

Technicians are always friendly and helpful when I pull up, and they do a great job. My only issue was I couldn’t use the coupon off a transmission service that I received in an email.
My tire pressure light came on the day after my truck was serviced and according to the document I received that was supposedly checked. I also received the wrong sticker with the next service due on it
