This is the second time I've had my oil change and found oil on the garage floor. I even asked to make sure the frame was wiped clean. I was told they,did, apparently they didn't. I watched them and they never washed the windows or check air in tires. My ticket was marked not to check tires. I was never asked. Yes my car is very clean and they probably didn't think they needed washing.

Very fast service! I walked in and it must’ve taken maybe 10 minutes. I’ve never had such a fast oil change. Polite workers too.
I like that they tell me what I need to get done, but they don't push me and force me into purchasing something I can't afford. Every time I go there they're quick and professional and super friendly and I love love love that they vacuum my car!

I just went for an oil change, the lady told me about my ac and motor filter, I decided to change. Paid $180 But when I got home I realized they changed my wipes as well, they didn’t ask, I didn’t ask. I didn’t need a new windshield wiper blade because I had it changed recently, then I realize they just want take as much money as they can from you, even if you car doesn’t need. I’m VERY disappointed, I thought about going back there, but I should have analyzed the final receipt while I was there paying. But if I return next time I will be alert!
