Quick, did what I asked
They knew what I needed before I knew I needed it. I didn't realize it was time for an oil change when I drove up to have the air in my tires checked. They asked if I was here for an oil change, I checked my sticker and said "I am now!".
The kind and courteous service along with the speed of completion of work needed. Don't get comfortable, because you'll be done before that happens. Thumb's up if you're in a rush and have to be anywhere on time, because going to Jiffy Lube you'll be done with exceptional work with time to spare.
I trust the team at the Millersville Jiffy Lube. The team is always friendly when I arrive. Ready to greet me and see what services I need. They take care of both of my vehicles, from oil changes to brake services. They are fast, efficient, reliable and never try to sell me anything I don’t need.

I usually always come to this location. This last time when my car was ready, they left my driver's window open in the pouring rain! My car door, and leather seat was soaked in rain. Luckily I had a towel in the car, and I quickly dried it all off. I have no idea why the car window would have been left open in the rain.
They were friendly and helpful.
The professionalism and courtesy that the staff shown me during my visit. I was seen promptly and was given details of the services needed at the time, as well as future services that will be due. The waiting lounge was extremely clean. I've been to two other locations and none of them beat the service team at Millersville Md. That doesn't mean I was treated poorly and/or the lounge areas were bad. It just means the other two locations have areas that needed improvement. I rate Millersville 10/10, Rt.3 8/10, Oxon Hill 6/10. My profession is customer service so I move accordingly by the old wise statement.Treats others as you would like to be treated. I also remind myself, the customer in front of you or over the phone, is someones mother, father, sister, brother, grandmother or grandfather. Would you want anyone to treat your family member less than? Just my two cents for the day. Thank you Millersville Jiffy Lube. I will be sending my family to your establishment. Continue giving top notch service& you will continue having a customer for life.
The convenience and fast service
The staff at the Pasadena location was very friendly helpful professional and efficient. The mechanics went over all the services with me made recommendations and ensured my vehicle was good to go. The manager inside who took my payment was equally informative and helpful. The waiting are was clean and comfortable, and they even have coffee available. All in all it was a great experience and I will recommend my family and friends to go there for oil change services.
