Jiffy Lube Millersville is not the store it used to be. Not satisfied in the last few times I have taken our cars in. Will be using another location for now on.
The mechanic and cashier were very nice and friendly. The waiting room was clean and the coffee tasted great.
My car was done in half an hour. Will definitely return.
Rather than adding things that you're going to do to my car then asking me if I'm interested, just reverse that process. E.g. "Would you like us to change your air filter? It seems like it hasn't been changed for X number of miles and your vehicle manual says it's up for a change." then if i'm interested in doing that you add it to my total.
Not so much a disappointment as a Jiffy Lube is Meh. I honestly only go to Jiffy Lube as I am too lazy to do it myself. I don't go anywhere else because they don't vacuum the car which is what is going to keep my business at JL. Other locations promise to have you in and out but your location means it. And, if they cannot do that they offer recommendations' for places to go and eat or have a cup of coffee.
I still don't know how much I trust any of the other services offered by Jiffy Lube.

My vehicle wasn’t vacuumed well, the tires needed air and no one asked or added it. I visit Jiffy Lube for the extra service. I didn’t receive it.
Friendly as always. Truck cleaned up and ready for another 8,000 miles
The disappointment didn’t come from the job itself, but the guy who “plug” the hole in my passenger rear tire. It was completely flat the next morning.
