"Jiffy" Lube wasn't so "Jiffy" yesterday, it took them roughly 5-7 minutes to greet me in line outside the Shop and it wasn't until I went to the desk after 30-40 minutes of waiting to ask Mindy from the front deas (who did an excellent job) when my car was going to go in for service which it promptly did!
Once the vehicle made it to the Serbive Bay, it was "Business as Usual" with good service and communication.
Granted, it was a Saturday afternoon and JL were a few Workers short (which they should have told me and I would have gone back today!)
All in All, it was a ver good experience and I will definitely be back

Convenient hours
This is one of my favorite Jiffy Lube. The staff is really exceptional. Very friendly can explain everything and get you in and out in such a quick manner. They don’t try and push other things on you, they just are focused on what you asked for.
I take my car here exclusively. The service is quick and to the point, and the staff always treats me well.

They told me they didn't have 10w-30 then couldn't recommend which oil change I should get after not having what my car normally takes and my change oil light still comes on it's been over a week

I usually use jiffy lube because of the customer service and the quick assistance. However I was not informed that my coolant level was low nor was I offered their top off service. My car overheated the next day with no warning.
In and out in under 15 minutes. Love it.
The service was awesome they were friendly I love this place.
