On Saturday I was in the shop and had an oil change and tuneup for $360.00.I was given a diagnostic and it was determined that one of my ignition coils was bad. They suggested that I get all four done. I went to pick them up from the dealer parts department but they only had 2. I got the 1 because I didn’t want to wait until Friday because my car was running rough. When I returned with the part the technician said since I was just there on Saturday and had a tuneup, he would not charge for the one but would charge me when the other 3 come in. Well I guess the manager perceived that I was getting something for free and said he couldn’t do that and had to charge me for 1/2 hr of labor, which was $75.00. Mind you that it took less than 10 minutes to replace one ignition coil. I could understand if I wasn’t a regular customer and had not been there in the past, but I have 3 vehicles that I have serviced with jiffy lube and had just been there on Saturday and had $360.00 worth of work done. Needless to say I am very unhappy with the apparent lack of appreciation for the years of patronage to your company. I can resolutely say that he may have made $75.00 profit from that small transaction, but he will never get another dime from me or my adult children. I can be disrespected anywhere for free, therefore I will not pay for it. Sincerely Name removed!!!

Staff is always professional and friendly. Plus they don't push all the possible repairs on you.
They cost me 300$ worth of work to my truck after getting an oil change and the manager was nasty
The guys that were there the day that I came were unprofessional. I wasn't told how much the oil change would be, they never told me that my car needed a special oil filter and it took a special synthetic oil. I have a new car, so I didn't know. They just did it and said I owed $110. I didn't have a chance to say if I wanted to do it or not
They try to use scare tactics so you’ll spend more money. They told me my air filters needed to be replaced and my transmission fluid was low. I got a second opinion and None of that was true.

First, you guys were very fast and friendly so that is a positive.
My worry was that you didn’t do the whole check and check all of the fluids- just changed my oil. I had a groan from the turning of the wheel so I knew something was needed for the steering. Only I after I was being checked out did I ask about that fluid, and so they filled that. No groans now. But I am still worried that the radiator fluid wasn’t checked. My plan is to go by and ask them to check and fill it but it is an extra trip that should have been checked.
Lastly, my usual place did not have te oil filter for my 1997 car so that’s why I ended up at Pasadena. Severna park recommended them.

I specifically asked to lube front end. Receipt shows 10 fittings lubed. No fittings lubed.
Receipt shows coolant ok. Reservoir empty and cap missing.
Receipt shows air filter ok. Air filter never checked. (I was sitting in the vehicle).
I was quickly in and out with no problems. Have been going to this location for years. Always satisfied.
