Everyone was very nice. I had a coupon for another store but the man at the desk found me a coupon for the Glen Burnie store which was great!
Service was quick although I was asked if I wanted my vehicle vacuumed and I thought that an automatic with the oil change. But overall, the staff was friendly and professional.

I needed an oil change windshield wipers and a battery and I waited two and half hours to get simple things done. I was highly disappointed with how my service was.

Staff needs to listen better. I came in to have ALL my fluids topped off 7/14 and due to concerns about the sound of the car checked my fluids and NONE of them were filled!! The only thing they did I hope was replace cabin air filter. Tires were also requested to be checked & air added and I had to do that myself. Usually don’t have problems here.

I went in to get my AC recharged. Right away I was told that there was an 80 dollar diagnostic fee, that would have to be paid regardless if they were able to do the recharge or not, which I understand. What really annoyed me is that the tech was not able to do the recharge on the AC, and charged me $89 for the diagnostic, but never actually gave me a true diagnose of the issue. I was just told I someone would have to do a dye test to find out the issue. So you are telling me, you as a business, feel comfortable charging someone $89 to "diagnose" an issue, but not actually diagnose the issue? What am I actually paying for? At a real shop, if I pay for a diagnostic, I at least know what the actual issue is. I have been going to this location for almost two years, and that was the last time I will ever go back.
