How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Quoted a cheaper price for an oil change and when i was rung up it went up too high even with a $10 discount included. Dealership is still cheaper compared to your pricing. To me it didn’t make any sense. The reason why I went to Jiffy lube is to try an alternative that’s more convenient and cheaper as I was in close proximity that day.

Actually, the experience was quite pleasing. It was late in the day and everyone and their mother-in-law needed service. Your crew was moving and grooving to the beat. If I say it was perfect, where is there room for improvement? I will say thank you for the attention given to me and my vehicle.

The employees are nice but there was oil spilled on both of my front fenders. This causes stains that reduces the value of my vehicle.

The entire staff is friendly and professional. I have been trusting them to take good care of my car for many years. I moved away to another state, but continue to take my car here when I'm visiting in my former home area. Keep up the good work, these folks are the best!
