How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This location was out of oil filters. I purchased one from Advanced Auto for $16.00. Upon returning to Jiffy Lube I was told that I would have the amount paid for the filter deducted from my bill. While checking out, I was given a $2.00 credit. Paying $100.00 for an oil change is outrageously overpriced. The KIA dealer charges $68.00. Unfortunately, the dealership didn’t have an appointment available today. Going forward I will not be utilizing your services, and will make my friends aware of the rip off prices you have.

Gentlemen are very friendly and professional, they work fast and are very efficient. Facility is very well kept, the waiting room has a relaxing atmosphere. Not pushing sales pitch on service that is not necessary. I have recommended this location to many of people.

What could we do to improve?

I asked to have two lights fixed and only one was fixed. Not sure why, but I departed the Jiffy Lube no one told me. Otherwise, the service was good.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I take my company car a lot. I have a corporate account with jiffy lube. This time they didn’t clean the windows or vacuum the car. This is the reason I will just another company. This was the one thing that set jiffy lube a part from the quick service chains, I just need to base my decision on price not service provided.
