I was plesantly pleased to have an oil change for my VW Jetta done at the Pasadena Jiffy Lube. My last 2 vehicles were required to have oil changes done at the dealerships. However, the dealership became too expensive. I liked how the mechanic explained the costs, and warranty. Everyone I spoke with, was friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented. I also liked how a coupon I found online was accepted. I will mostly likely bring my car to the Pasadena Jiffy Lube because of my experience today.
Friendlier service. Make the customers feel like they want to get their oil changed at that location.

Reset the oil data on the vehicles.. kinda sucked when wife got in her SUV and oil warning light was still on..had to show her the receipt to prove i actually did take it and have oil changed
Fast, friendly.
I asked them to change a headlight and they charged me for labor and said they replaced it and it wouldn't work. Said there was no power to it.
That was all false, bulb was blown and not changed. There was power to everything, bulb just needed to be replaced. The old bulb was touched as fingerprints were all over it and your not suppose to touch the bulb.
I was charge $140 for labor and nothing was done for this.
Very disappointed!
All fluids were not filled, coolant still low.
