Speedy and friendly service
The employees are A+. I’m from out of town and to be honest - I wasn’t thrilled about going to Jiffy Lube bc the ones in my hometown aren’t the best. I was very pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and professionalism of everyone at this facility. They were quick and thorough and the pricing was very good as well. I am back and forth between NY and MD for work and family, and for sure plan on getting my next oil change in MD at this location.
I know the economy is out of control but to pay $90 for an oil change is ridiculous. 5 quarts of oil and an oil filter costs about $35 retail and I'm certain it's less than that for a nationwide chain like yourself because you buy in bulk. Had I known up front the cost I would have gone elsewhere. I have used your service in the past and I always believe you get what you pay for. But this is borderline taking advantage of an out of control economy. I'm sorry but you lost my business.

I have been going to jiffy lube for years and this experience I had today was quick and pleasant and just wonderful I have never gotton out of jiffy lube this quick I don’t know what they did but keep up the great work .. for once I was so satisfied with everything I even gotton my windows clean and I never got that And. Vacuum am sooo happy now that’s customer service 💜they didn’t play around those tech were quick

I was disappointed with the price and not being able to find a coupon to save enough money to make your prices compatible with other locations/companies. I was not aware of the price until after the work was started so I had to pay that price regardless.
