Awesome servoce
As a 20 year retired Air Force military veteran, travelling around the
world on assignment, I was surprised to hear that my extensive
bill with Jiffy Lube did not qualify for a 'military discount'. Reason
given was that it was for major mechanical work and not just an
oil change, etc !
I have served overseas with my family where we were priviliged just
to have a vehicle where no Jiffy Lube facilities existed.
We have sacrificed at other assignments too hurtful to mention
here in this note.
Therefore, to be denied any type discount for major work brought
to your store seemed a bit unreal and not good customer service.
However, I needed my car and the mechanic got my A/C back up
and running after being down for 2 weeks in the hottest record
here in some time.

This was my 3rd visit to this location. The place is clean, the service quick, but it’s the employees that make the difference. They are professional while also being personable. I like them. That’s what keeps me coming back.

BAIT AND SWITCH THEN BLAME ME FOR THAT. I ASKED HOW MUCH THE OIL CHANGE COST. IM TOLD FOR MY CAR ITS 94.99 SINCE IT NEEDS TO BE MOBILE 1. WHEN I GO TO PAY THEY ARE SAYING I OWED $127 BECAUSE I UPGRADED THE OIL TO MOBILE 1 AND THAT THE OIL CHANGES START AT $94.99 BUT THEY COST MORE IF YOU HAVE A SUV. THEN THERE IS ANOTHER EXTRA FEE AS WELL. HERES THE THING. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHICH VEHICLE I HAD BEFORE I ASKED AND I ONLY AGREED TO THE 94.99 SO ITS CERTAINLY NOT MY FAULT THAT I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE FEES. LOU IS THE WORST. NEVER BLAME THE CUSTOMER ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY SPECIFICALLY ASK ABOUT THE PRICE BEFORE THE WORK HAS STARTED AND TO CHARGE 30% MORE THAN THE QUOTE AND THEN BLAME ME FOR NOT KNOWING ABOUT THE HIDDEN FEES IS LUDACRIS. I WILL GO TO VALVOLINE NEXT TIME AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THOSE SCAM ARTISTS.
