It’s a family run business. I was in and out really quick.
They recommended a hole bunch of work to be done. I took it into my dealership and they said none of it needed to be done. They tried to charge me almost $50 extra dollars and when I called them out on it they quickly changed it to the price they agreed to. Tried to pull a fast one on me multiple times.

The last time I went to this Jiffy Lube, they did not hook the plate in the undercarriage correctly. It got loose and hung from the car.
Today, one man was bold enough to say how tough it was to put it back on since it was damaged.
Because of Jiffy Lube's negligence, that plate is damaged. Jiffy Lube should replace it.
And the audacity of this "technician" to think it was funny.
I loved the receptionist. She was amazing. The tech working on my car took his time to explain everything to me. Very polite. very professional. Insanely fast and efficient.

Great friendly service
I would say I liked the positive attitude all had (usually that wasn't happening). It was actually a pleasant visit this year.
They actually remembered this time to inflate tires and to correct pressure.
They also completed my oil change quickly and I appreciated that since I had a child with me.
This location seems to have got their act together. Hope it continues.
Told me how much it was over the phone and when I went to pay it was still the same price!
