Been to several Jiffy Lube’s and this one by far has the best customer service. I actually bypass two closer locations to where I live to get my vehicle serviced at the Millersville, MD location.
The staff and how professional and proficient they are. Building was very clean. Fresh coffee and bathroom very clean.

I come to this Jiffy Lube in Severn because of the customer service. I trust the way the serviceman maintained the care of my car. However, on this visit it felt different, there were some distractions and not fully attentive to the customers.
Overall, the quality of service was good. The staff was polite, professional, and friendly. I will continue to come to this location for my car service.

Everyone was informative and listened to me. They did not "push" services but, instead gave a purpose for each service recommended. It was very fast to get everything done on my car.
