Quick, courteous service.
Every time I go they check Vacuum Complete the last three times I had to go back and ask why I’m paying $70 for an oil change here and $30 other places and they say well we vacuum and do windows this will be my last time with jiffylube this place is a fone all the employees were sitting around doing nothing and they took my car back in when I asked about the vacuum they took my car and only vacuumed the back seat and drivers front I e left and my tire light was still on I asked if they did it they said f bring it back we will check. Need a good manager here at all Pasadena jiffy lube

Customer service was great. Service advisor in the bay was great. He talked calmy and made sure I understood what was being offered. Office staff was polite. Even the other customers were pleasant to be around. Coffee was hot. Ty. I will be returning.

Been to several Jiffy Lube’s and this one by far has the best customer service. I actually bypass two closer locations to where I live to get my vehicle serviced at the Millersville, MD location.
The staff and how professional and proficient they are. Building was very clean. Fresh coffee and bathroom very clean.
