The service person forgot to put the pieces back on my cabin filter cover. Although this is a very minor mistake it made me question if everything else was performed properly. Maybe there should be a checklist of sorts to ensure that nothing is forgotten. I had issues with jiffy lube a while back and I started going to Valvoline. It’s unfortunate that the first time I return, my service didn’t go smoothly without issues. I do want to note that everyone was nice, professional, and explained everything well. This rating is for my likelihood to recommend because it would be difficult to do that in good conscience until I receive consistent good service from you.
Got me in and out quickly with an oil change, vacuumed my car, took a coupon that made the service reasonable for me. Thank you.

I always get my oil change and tire rotation at Jiffy Lube. I went in for this but while I was waiting the mechanic said that I needed to change my brake fluid and clean my fuel tank for my car. He said it was a recommended service after however long and that it was going to be 129 but he'd give it to me for 120. I didn't realized these were two separate chargers and I ended up spending over 380+ or something like that on the whole service. When I got home, I googled it and online it said that most modern cars don't require this type of service, at least the fuel cleaning, specially since I drive a Honda Civic. I just feel like I was scammed for a service that my car didn't need. And this is already the second time this happens. Also, when I checked my oil it was incredibly overfilled like to the metal part of the stick, which I know that's bad for the engine.
Went into jiffy lube to get my little change to a week ago was the only one in line out of that in immediately after a few minutes they came and took me and logged in all my information and gave me some extras that might appeal to me. At this point I did find them all. Did get a nice discount, which is really appreciated! Enjoyed their thoroughness and quickness in all the day it done on my vehicle Yes I would absolutely suggest it to anybody else as a matter of fact in 2 weeks I'll be taking my other vehicle there to have the work done again!
