The cost was way too high. I figured an oil change with wipers would be well under $000. I spent $165. Your competition is much lower.

The new staff is not too friendly. it seem like that they think they do you a favor in reality is their job to assist the customers.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The staff was very respectful and kind and professional. However, when I left I pulled over in the parking lot to clean my side front windows since the two front ones had been rolled down and left fully open, despite the cold weather. I had just washed my car on the way to your shop so I am very aware of dirt and scratches, etc. When I stepped out to dry the water beads from rolling up my windows, I noticed oil residue on both front quarter panels. As I cleaned the oil off, I noticed two scratches on the passenger side on the bumper and quarter panel. I promptly called the shop and the respectful manager said the next time I come in for an oil change, they will take care of me. Well, that seems nice but it doesn't fix the problem here. I am still left with damaged paint that I have to pay to see if they can buff out the scratches. As nice as the staff was, I am deeply disappointed in the quality of care or the response. Good luck training staff better in the future.

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube and will definitely be coming back.

The price was a little higher than I initially expected at $140, but the guy at the counter was very helpful and took $21 off, which I really appreciated. That gesture alone went a long way.

The staff was quick and efficient. They were able to get my oil change done almost immediately, and I barely had to wait at all—which I loved. Everything felt well-organized and professional from start to finish.

One nice extra touch was that they vacuumed the inside of my car, which was a pleasant surprise. That’s something my old lube center didn’t do before I moved to Pasadena, and it definitely made the experience feel more complete.

Overall, fast service, friendly staff, and solid customer care. Very happy with this visit and I’ll be returning in the future.

Great experience from start to finish, The team that was working was fast, friendly and efficient. I have a new vehicle with plates from my previous truck. The associate checking me in didn't know how to process he informed his supervisor who immediately provided him assistance! I also had my wheel chair bound daughter with me and she was allowed to stay in vehicle I didn't have to take her out and sit in waiting area. That really made the trip much easier. Everyone was communicating truly a greatbteam

I was promptly greeted upon my arrival and my truck was taken into the garage. They confirmed what service I needed and checked my truck’s service record there. My oil change only took about 15 minutes which was great. No issues and it was a very pleasant experience.

Did not install light correctly. Had to take back.

Asked about leaking they said no leak found. Next day fluid heavily dripping on ground to find out radiator cracked requiring full replacement.

Did not flush radiator. Test showed contaminated.

I have used this location for my last 2 vehicles. Counting this visit and the previous 2 there have been 3 completely different crews. This crew, while they changed the oil and vacuumed and checked tire pressure. That was all. Know checking or showing me the air filter. No going over with me what was being done or what would be recommended. And when we closed out the trucks information was incorrect. Had tire pressure set at 35 where the doorsill clearly states 39. The sticker said the next oil change due in 3000 miles when clearly the recommended is 7500 mils. To top it off the did not clean the windows. Bottom line this current crew either was not trained properly or the just do no care. And it cant be blamed on being busy. Only one other vehicle at the time.Lastly the crews used to shout out when an aspect of the overall procedure/process was complete. This has been my experience at any location, and over thee years through 5 vehicles, I have been to every location in the vicinity. That is why the mediocre rating.
