Friendly folks and GREAT service.
Technicians failed to properly secure the undercarriage after service. I had to miss an entire shift of work to come back the next day and get this addressed and night manager did not offer any compensation or even an apology for the poor work, and would not provide a written verification of the issue. i do not have the time or ability to return a third time to speak to the store manager, nor should I have to.
The least you can do to make things right is a prompt refund and empower you staff to fully address customer concerns at time of service.

Quick professional and good value
I didn’t get a new sticker in my windshield for my next oil change, my tire pressure was either not addressed or not filled correctly, my windshield was not cleaned even though the coupon said it would be. On my last visit the oil level on the screen wasn’t updated and I needed to take it to another location to be reset.
