Always GREAT service at JB!!! I typically converse with the service rep or manager at some point while there. The manager today had a customer friendly approach, and the staff was also engaging. I was also really impressed to see a woman as a service rep. In my 60+ years, it was the first time I've seen a female auto service rep. Bravo Zulu to your staff, and Jiffy Lube!

Laurel Jiffy Lube (#49) is the best! They're fast and efficient; their employees know what they're doing and have a very high degree of professionalism and customer service. I started out just having oil changes but now I trust them with all my routine maintenance for two older vehicles. Much preferred over the dealer I was using for years. Highly recommend!

Good afternoon.
I took my GMC Truck to the Annapolis Jiffy lube yesterday, April 17th at about 10:30 am for a full-service oil change.
After waiting awhile, the manager came out and stated that the oil ring bolt was spun off and it must have happened when I got the last oil change. The truck is a 2020 and was not leaking oil before I brought the truck in for service. It sure was leaking when I left Jiffy Lube
The owner gave me some oil to get the truck home. I had to stop twice to put the reserve oil back into the truck since it was leaking.
I immediately took the truck to the GMC dealer and when they checked the truck they said that they can prove that the oil nut was probable done with an impact wrench going in the wrong direction.
So now I don't have a vehicle to drive and there are no oil pans available for my truck.
