I had done an estimate online and showed up to see whether the location was busy. There were a few customers and they took my car in immediately. Love this place and the employees are all polite, friendly and professional!

Manager was very disrespectful. I was recommended synthesis oil for a Ford Fusion. I informed I was only interested in regular oil change. I was charged for 6 quarts of it when I have never need more than 5 quarts of oil. It was a bad experience. I will never return and tell friends and family never to get an oil change there.

The Jiffy Lube shop in Crofton, MD was the nicest Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been too. The service was excellent and very efficient. I do not live close to this shop but due to the customer service, I will travel!

I was told my back brakes needed to be changed. I went and bought back brakes and went to my mechanic only to be told it was my front brakes. He also told me that they would have had no way of knowing unless they took my tires off which they didn’t because I denied the tire rotation before they even started the oil change. This further lessens my confidence in services with anything other than a simple oil change with you guys.

Car was not vacuumed, windows not cleaned or wiped down. I had to ask for car to be vacuumed and the guys gave a hard time a said that they could not get all vacuumed a blow me off. Absolute no reason for that pay too much money for them to act that way.
Will not be back.
