The service tech stripped my wheel posts on my relatively new car. While the manager replaced them, it leaves me concerned about the quality of work done at this center.

Everyone is always friendly -- I bring all of my cars there even though the Olney Location is only 5 minutes away from me -- I travel the 25 minutes because of the Great service I receive every time I come there. Would be nice to get a multi car discount.

Everyone is so nice and inviting. They give you updates on how everything is going with your car so if you need anything extra it’s not a surprise when the bill comes you’ll already know about it.

What could we do to improve?

I was told my back tires are bald. They are not.

They cleaned corrosion off my battery, but didnt recomend replacing it. It died about a week after my visit.

I found a new, better shop in Bowie
