That there was quick.
Send higher level discount coupons more often that don't require a cell phone to access and can be thoroughly printed from a home printer. Avoid sending such major coupons the day after the expensive services are performed, which has no monetary value for the customer who already had the exact same service performed at the maximum price the day before receiving such a coupon.
The staff was very helpful, polite and welcoming.
Followed instructions on type of lube and air pressure for tires. Clean car windows and vac interior. Nice job good staff.

The man who greeted me and told me that my car was finished was very polite and friendly. Also, the man at the desk was polite and friendly. He also explained to me why the cost of an oil change was so expensive when I asked – because the Nissan Sentra uses synthetic oil. I did have a 20% off coupon which was very helpful so thanks for that too.

The team advised me I had a major leak going on and that I needed to see a mechanic. They were really helpful and empathetic, super nice about it all, recommended a nearby mechanic, and even topped off my fluids for free. Even though I didn’t have any services done that day, it was the kind of interaction that does reaffirms my faith in a business. They showed they legitimately cared about my needs as the customer, regardless of what it means for them. That’s more meaningful today than a good oil change would have been, and will bring me back again in the future.
Great service, great coupons
Fast service, friendly - these folks are like friends for real - they listen, they don't pressure you (they offer and then do what you say to do), and they look for ways to help you save if you are in a pinch at this visit. Kevin is of course the best, and the entire team is helpful.
