Very quick, yet took enough time to explain to me what my car needed and warranty items that should be performed. Well pleased with the price also, very reasonable for all the work done.
Person at the front counter is not very friendly and immediately changed his tone when I declined the $700 tune up. They don’t vacuum or do the windows as is stated in their “signature service”.
I had no problems service was fast and efficient highly recommend this Location.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK
I was able to have my car "topped up on fluids" between my oil changes cause my Maintenance Light came on".
I don't like the constant 'upselling' of stuff I don't necessarily need. Sometimes their recommendations are valid, but it's pretty excessive and I have a general policy of saying 'no' to everything (and then maybe think about it later).
What I REALLY don't like is that they go into my glove compartment to remove the air cabin filter. I find this VERY invasive - there are personal things in my glove compartment and I don't like someone rummaging around without my permission. Also, whoever does this usually has greasy hands, and there are often greasy fingerprints on my dashboard as a result.
I don't like that I have to specifically request that someone NOT go into my glove compartment.

They did a oil and brake fluid change in little over an hour. My tire inflation light came on after the
Service, So I took it back and they looked at it. Not sure this will end up but the manager took the time to talk to me and send a service rep to look at it. I appreciated that after sale service.
the guys working there were very nice and started right away on my car.
Great people always polite and just all around nice every visit wouldn’t go to any other location.
