Mike was very helpful! I had a few concerns about damage done to my car and he was eager to assist. i really appreciate it and it put my mind at ease. I plan to continue to only use that specific location. I am very satisfied and would recommend this location to anyone!
Stopped by Annapolis Jiffy Lube today for the first time, and I was blown away by how quickly the expert crew took care of my car and got me back on the road with a bonus recommendation for an awesome coffee shop nearby! 💙 Love the fact that they vacuum, and I even think they might have washed my exterior windows🤔

Rent and had an oil change entire rotation with a coupon that was received in the mail was told. I could not use both coupons. If you're going to send coupons out like that, you need to make sure it is in readable. Print that as your employee said, you cannot stack the coupons.
Lunch it, it did not seem correct. Or fair, even though it was only $5 to not let it be used. Most coupuns that have those scenareas will have use either one I did not see that on this coupon.
What the employee could have done was offer to put the oil change on one ticket. An entire rotation on another ticket said that both coupons could have been used

Fast service.
Went in for an oil change and brake fluid replacement. The service was completed in a timely manner. During the oil change, the car was vacuumed and the tires pressure checked. In diagnosing the problem with the brakes, the tires were removed and inspected. The brakes and rotors were also inspected and all were found to be in good working order. After the brake fluid was replaced my brake problem was solved. The technicians were very professional and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend the Clarksville service center.
The employees are all so nice and friendly. I always get my oil change done in a quick timely manner.
