Too expensive for an oil change and filter replacement… I had a $12 off coupon that expired 12-11-25, was there today 12-16-25 and the coupon wasn’t honored because it expired 5 days ago… pretty lame if you ask me on $160 bill

$110 for an oil change on a honda civic is insane and getting asked constant questions and having parts and pieces yanked from my car to try and upsell the whole time on top is even worse. I had been my own oil, but decided to stop in for convenience but $110+ for 4 quarts of oil is not acceptable for $25 retail of oil and a $8 filter.
Also this is now the second time in a row you guys left the engine air filter opened because you can't keep your grimy hands off of any potential upsale and have poorly trained techs. My wife brought her 2022 Kia Sorento about 1 year ago and almost caused irreversible damage, so I checked my car after this time and the exact same thing happened.
If you are going to try and wring every dollar out of people, at least hire and pay competent technicians.

This was the only visit in 20 years we had trouble. Over the years there has never been a hiccup! Today took forever for a simple oil change plus whatever the mechanic saw was needed. The plug on the transmission fluid was jammed on too tight and was damaged when they finally got it off. They went to the Subaru dealer and got a new plug. The manager apologized and said he would give us a discount, which he forgot to do later.
