Great staff, immediate response,
I never have to wait very long to see a doctor and if I learn I have a serious problem the hospital is there.
Many incidents led to an unpleasant stay for us and we eventually decided to leave a day early.
For starters, the baby nurse was very dismissive when we mentioned that our newborn sounded like he was struggling with breathing. She even advised us against using the bulb syringe and he suffered the whole night. I finally listened to my mom’s instinct and was able to pull something out that appeared to be leftover fluid from the womb. It was instant relief for him as he immediately felt asleep and we didn’t hear the struggling breathing noises anymore. Shame on that nurse for not even checking and to give us such outrageous advice!
Additionally, the nursery refused to take our baby when we called a separate night as he was crying. They said they couldn’t take him in unless he was asleep …which defeats the purpose of us sending him to nursery in the first place and wanting a few hours to rest.
And when I mentioned I was in a lot of pain compared to my first day after my C-section, they just causally asked me what other meds I wanted and how I wanted to alternate the meds. I didn’t realized it was my job to prescribe my own pain meds. I left the hospital with my pain still unmanaged.
Also, we had to wait over an hour and 30min for each of our meals to be delivered to our room after calling in the order.
And lastly, our rocker chair was broken and we never received a replacement.
All in all, the service of the hospital has gone downhill since my last stay from 2.5 years ago. Had I known, I would’ve checked out other hospitals for this birth.
It was a comfortable environment. The staff was professional and friendly. I felt well taken care of.
Everyone was well informed and communicated effectively throughout the surgical staff that attended to me. Even the ER was very helpful and met my immediate needs.

Top notch staff!
The care I was given for my procedure was excellent. My nurse Rachel was one of the best post procedure nurses I have been privilege to be part if. Her professionalism was outstanding and she was was very comforting. A real asset in my opinion. Thank you for the great experience.

When we arrived at the emergency room admissions desk the lady there was asleep. We woke her up and told her that I need to check in, she said something and then went back to sleep. We woke her up again and told her the same thing and she had me sign in and the pad to sign wasn't even on. She told us to take a seat and about 10 minutes later after she final woke up again she asked us if we needed to check in and she finally did so. I would suggest you get someone at the desk who can stay awake and be able to help someone promptly.
Every thing -- smooth registration, excellent lobby, friendly front desk, timely service, on top of every thing my doc and his staff are great.
