Everything about my labor and delivery/postpartum experience was wonderful and I couldn’t be happier! The entire nursing staff was so caring and supportive throughout my stay.
Kristina in l&d made was 100% amazing from beginning to end. Shy from the nursery was absolutely phenomenal and Ana Marie was such a delight. Tina, Susan, and Tammy were also also fantastic!
The great meals were an added bonus to an excellent stay!

Provide more services there. I’m from out of town and needed an IVIG treatment but was referred to another facility that treats GBS.
Friendly staff on the front desk. Day surgery personnel are the same. Makes a tense day less so.

Efficient process from checkin to procedure. Friendly staff. Clean hospital. 1 problem: Dr duraiswamy referred me to egd at your hospital but the contact # on her instruction sheet led me to your ER. Plz give her the # to your check-in desk. I was lost and could not get a hold of check in desk. Translation process was great. Loved it
Everything from registration to prep to recovery. Especially the doctors and nurses made the whole experience a breeze.

I had a visit to the ER yesterday and I really appreciate the opportunity given to me to rate Baylor Scott and White of Frisco. From the moment I crossed the doors I was cordially greeted by the receptionists, just a few minutes later I was taken to the room by Karen, who introduced herself and helped me get comfortable while I waited on the doctor. Almost immediately the doctor entered to the room introducing himself and listened to my health complaints patiently, he then proceeded to order blood tests and some imaging. Later Mona from the imaging department came to take me for the procedure, she was very nice too. While I was away from my room the nurse came and check on my husband and answered the questions he had. The diagnosis was given fast and they proceed to the discharge, both the nurse as well as the doctor came to the room to answer any questions we had before leaving. All in all, I am so thankful to God that I was treated by this wonderful wonderful team. They all showed so much respect and compassion to me when I needed them the most. God bless them all!!!!
