The nurses were fantastic. Jenn who was our nursery nurse was amazing and the best we have ever had. We had issues with one nursery nurse who was extremely rude and literally yelled at me. I expressed that I did not want that nurse coming in anymore and explained what happened and that nurse was replaced right away.
The staff and was friendly and helpful. The facility was great!
The nursing ratio and service
It’s close to my home & usually can get care very quickly . The staff is very concerning and very helpful.
The doctor is not very responsive. Did not respond to my emails throgh portal
Organized, courteous, caring& attentive nurses etc.
The Nurses and Doctors in labor and delivery and postpartum were caring, attentive, and helpful in addressing all of my questions and concerns. We also enjoyed the food during our stay!
Baylor Frisco L&D and Postpartum team are amazing. Every person I interacted with during the delivery of my daughter treated me with complete care and the utmost attention. The entire staff is wonderful. Thank you for taking care of us on the most important day of our lives.
Everything was great. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The checkin girl was the only person that was not welcoming and that’s probably part of her job. I was a little nervous about how I would be treated after that interaction BUT everyone else made up for it. Then when my daughters came to pick me up, she was a lot friendlier one of my daughters told me. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend your facility and the doctors to anyone.
Very consiterate about my well being.
Convenient & streamlined.
Really nice staff and so caring for everyone

Very nice staff
My post partem nurse team and nursery nurse team was amazing for all 3 children I've delivered at Baylor!
The team demonstrated outstanding service from the moment we walked in until we left. Absolutely stellar service.
Nurses, anesthesiologists, doctors, lactation consultants all offer superb customer service. One of a kind hospital. Kind and knowledgeable is the service I was hoping for at this hospital and it’s exactly what I received. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you so much for all you do and keep pursuing the excellence because it’s what sets you apart. Thanks a million!!
The organization of everything making the process of managing my care easy.
You have the best customer service! Everyone is so nice and helpful!
Everyone explained each step and what I should expect very clearly. Patient blood drawing nurse who got it done on my second hand.
The Stu’s genuine and caring. I’ve spent a lot of time in hospitals due to being given Levaquin an antibiotic from a doctor who knew better then to prescribe to me as the side effects outweigh the benefits as per the FDA! A nurse training a new nurse refused to let me be my own patient advocate and have my stool retested for CDIFF something o had going in and coming out. The hospital your competitor if you can call them that Presbyterian Plano didn’t have the proper machine to measure all bacteria and viruses. Anyway, the training nurse told me to shut up and told the nurse in training to disregard the stool as it didn’t have the typical smell of CDiff! When reported to Presbyterian advocacy team I asked them to talk to me prior to talking to charge nurse! Presbyterian advocacy team ignored my request. Upon discharge I went to their office down stairs, where the door was unlocked but I came to find out they had left for the day. Even though i raised my concern to the CEO they took it as a threat me entering the patient advocacy office after hours and for voicing my opinion in person with a patient advocacy representative within my hospital room for not following my wishes, my concerns and complaints went ignored by the CEO of Presbyterian Plano, Even though I have existing doctors who office out of the hospital I’ve been black listed from entering Presbyterian Plano for standing up for being my own patient advocate!
I refuse to ever use Presbyterian ever again and will only use Baylor where you are treated with care, love, humanity, respect!
The interesting thing is that my wife’s breast reduction surgeon only preforms surgery out of Presbyterian Plano, it will be fine as I no longer own the car they have flagged. Short of facial recognition, I am going to to be a perfect gentleman and will still be in my hip brace showing how Levaquin continues to rv he my body years later, I will also be accompanied by a Plano Police officer friend and my attorney who’s representing me in my presurance ex-employer/CP
Everyone was polite and I was helped in a quick manor.
Caring to the poinr
I did not have to wait very long to be seen by a doctor, the radiologist was very personable, and the nurse that put in my IV did so without it being painful. I also appreciate that it didn't take long to receive lab and CT results. The doctors that treated me were knowledgeable and reassuring.
The staff was friendly and efficient. Nice facility.
