Everything about our experience was smooth, efficient, safe, and informative. Each professional I worked with made a huge difference in my life. Not only was I taken care of, but I was encouraged and informed about my health. I literally cannot recommend BSW Frisco enough!!!!

All of the staff is knowledgeable and professional. Patients are made to feel welcome upon entrance to the hospital. I have a great doctor, Dr. Brian Fuller. He make me feel very easy and comfortable.

customer interface with estimated charges it took me 2 weeks with 3 phone calls and left messages and finally had to drive all the way to the hospital just to leave another message. I did get two calls the next day and one of the wanting full payment. Just not the way to interface with patients if you get call quickly to ask for money but you cannot call me ahead to give me time to prepare for payment.
