My experience at BSW was exceptional from the registration through my surgery. It felt like I was in a mountain lodge, with very professional customer service. I cannot say enough good things about the people and the care and courtesy I received throughout the whole process.

I made an initial appointment for a colonoscopy which I received notification for in the BSW Health portal. I had to change that appointment and never received an update or appointment reminders in the portal.
My wife received several reminders in the portal for her appointment at the McKinney location.
I don't understand why the system does not work the same for both locations. I do not believe it is a doctor's office issue because we both used Dr. Collins.
The people (check-in, nurses, etc.) were very nice at Frisco. And it was nice to provide a meal voucher for my wife when she was my driver.

Walked in on a Sunday morning, greeted pleasantly and only one other person waiting. Was seen promptly and had my issue dealt with.
Prompt, FRIENDLY and treats you like you should be treated when feeling bad. This location was the reason why I switched over to Baylor for 100% of my care over 10 years ago.

The hospital is extremely nice & well taken care of, rooms are large, the staff is amazing & goes above & beyond. My daytime L&D nurse Anna Jensen ran around all day for me ensuring that my delivery experience went much quicker and easier than last time! She was not afraid to reach out to her more tenured colleagues for second opinions, and with that was able to treat my hemorrhaging fast before it turned more serious. I love that they have a nursery you can send your newborns to so that mom & dad can rest up before going home.

The centre is very comfortable. I felt at ease. The receptionist is very friendly caring. The staff, the doctor is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. All the tests were quickly done and the Dr amd the nurse explained so nicely all the symptoms and causes and the treatment. I felt relaxed at the urgent care

All if my care takers from the front desk to the Drs were absolutely the best. Nurse Charlotte and Emily were so kind and took care of everything I needed and made me feel so relaxed. Dr. Scott helped take the anxiousness away as-well with all his fun jokes! My Surgeon Jeremy Carrascos pre-surgery prayer really made the whole experience complete! Thank you for such an amazing group of people!
