I had worse experience ever with my anesthesia
team. I walked in to the hospital for giving birth to my baby boy and three days later left sitting on a wheelchair because of what they did with epidural injection.
So frustrating.
Professional personnel
The staff, the Dr. Hassel, the nurses were terrific. The site was very impressive too. Most important my surgery went well and I home recovering. Thank you all so very much.

Very professional but extremely friendly.
Have always met my expectations for any medical need. Seen quickly so you are not wasting several hours waiting to see a doctor.
Everyone was so kind the facilities clean the service was prompt. The nurses and doctors were so caring.
1) do a Covid test, one was not ordered for me and I came home and tested positive for Covid. Upset stomach, diarrhea and tingling and chills can also be due to covid
2) provide a warm blanket as soon as the patient comes in.
The staff, especially reception and the nurse and doctor were friendly. That is the reason for the 6 rating. But, I am not happy that a basic diagnosis was overlooked.
Great hospital and top notch staff who are kind and caring to the patients. The nurses and staff in L&D are truly angels on earth. The newborn photographer was a little pushy and made us uncomfortable.

The care and service I received was top-tier at Baylor and that is why we continue to use them for my medical care for now and into the future. My short stay was great, all of the nurses and providers were kind, understanding, and fun to talk to. They were very attentive as well. Could not have gone smoother.
I loved everything, every single thing. I received calls days before my procedure, the staff, beginning with Beth. When I walked in,she greeted me. Natasha and Rachel were soooo nice. If I ever had to come back, I would only do it if they were there to care for me.
