clear communication to the patient. We were told on the night of 24th until 7 PM that everything looks good and we might be delivering soon we understand things change but as soon as the shift ended for the nurse at 7 we were told that the baby position is not right for the delivery and I was recommended to be in different positions with peanut ball the whole night and then suddenly doctor shows up at 10 AM in the morning and clears that we are ready to push which for us sounded like something was not communicated the whole night.

Also we visited the facility on the morning of 24th around 10 AM and we were told we will be admitted at 12 PM and then after 15 mins we were told we need to monitor again for a couple of hours before admitting which was not comfortable and a good experience

Other than the nurses were very friendly and helped and understood the pain which is very much mom to be needs and I would recommend the facility for that whole reason.

Everyone we had to deal with were very professional and *very* caring. Amy - the pre-op nurse was especially helpful and accommodating and helped to put me in a very relaxed mood before my procedure. The entire staff made the experience one that I hope can be recognized.

The staff was very kind, and attentive to my needs. I felt that I was in competent care.

I thought the dr and nurse were very rude, especially at the end of my visit. The dr. Was cocky and short with his answers. Zero bedside manner. The nurse Vanessa, started off ok, but then became very cold and dismissed my questions and never returned back to my room.

Friendly and efficient. Clean facility. PA was excellent and thorough. One female nurse was great. The male nurse was not friendly at all.
