Room maintenance. After room is allocated, there is no cleaning at all. I could see lots of dust on the tables and chairs.
There was no water in the morning on onday because of maintenance activity but that could have planned late night rather in the morning time.
Fast and friendly
From the time we walked into the hospital doors until they sent us off once I recovered, we were met with the sweetest people ever! Everyone was so patient with me as I processed some of the procedures they had to do that I wasn't expecting. The anesthesiologist was super cool and listened to my concerns and used meds that were much better for my system. In fact, this is the first major surgery I've had that didn't end in nausea and worse. Of course, Dr. Royer is top notch with everything he did for me an my foot.
The nurses were so relatable and approachable .... unlike any set of nurses I've ever had!

EVERYTIME I have been there over the years reception has been very efficient and the medical staff has been great. However there are entreme services this ER does not provide and somehow new residents must be aware and not go there when extreme services are needed .
A list of hospitals that provide extreme services
and their location should be provided to people who haven’t done their due diligence about hospitals in the area so precious time is not wasted……maybe a life/ death situation.

Everyone is pleasant! Do their job in a friendly way. This is the fourth or fifth time I have had my Colonoscopy done at Baylor Frisco. If I need any other procedures done it will be at Baylor Frisco.

The circular style of the front entrance plenty of nice seating plenty of service waiting to assist you and answer your question and the convenient light up device they hand you for when you're called and all the staff are polite helping people
