The L&D nurses were all incredible. Especially Emely from night shift. She cared for me with so much patience, gentleness, empathy and compassion. She advocated for me when I couldn’t advocate for myself. She is a nurse I will never forget!
Everyone was very friendly. I was a very difficult sick and everyone was very gracious and did their best.

The staff was professional and friendly. Clean lobby and the start to end of my procedure went smooth.
The only topic to recommend is more registration staff. There was a line to check in them got the pagers then they also walk patients to the correct corridor and they are responsible for providing answers and statuses. Not enough of them and they were so busy.

My baby was delivered here (he decided to come 2 days early before scheduled surgery) and from beginning to end I was well taken care of and attended to. Their food choices were not bad either. Labor and delivery unit was quiet and calm throughout my 2 day stay. Nurses were on time with giving me my pain meds after a c- section, rarely had to remind them. My stay was very comfortable and staff made it even better. Thanks for all your hard and dedicated work.

Amazing
Labor and delivery department is very good but postpartum experience was bad. Lactation consultant on first day of stay was rude and not helpful at all. We reported the same in hospital as well. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend it to any one.

Fast professional and kind people helped me through every step of my procedure. If my pain flared, they brought heat pads until I could get meds. I preferred a certain IV location, they did it. Everyone answered my questions and engaged with me sincerely.
