The nurses, doctors, and room attendants were amazing from start to end. The only part of the experience we very much disliked was dealing with billing. My wife and I truly despise having to pay for medical services that had not yet been rendered. Billing should be completed afterward when an explanation of charges can be provided. The billing procedures alone will weigh heavily on our decision in the future when choosing a factuality to have our child birthed.

The receptionist was very understanding and patient with me as I registered and made a difficult experience more pleasant because of her kindness. The doctor and nurses also did a great job. Dr. Arai was most personable and explained my test results in detail to me and put my concerns to rest. All were great, professional people with cheerful, caring attitudes. That makes a difference.

The doctor was nice but didn’t seem to care. He told me he didn’t know what was causing my issue. The nurse didn’t give me a blanket or call light. It wasn’t until an X-ray tech came in that I got those things.

Registration lady was extremely nice and walked me through the whole process of getting registered, as it was my first time. Pre op nurse was very reassuring when I was nervous and made sure I was comfortable and ready for my procedure. It was my very first surgery and If another one is needed for some reason, I would definitely want to come back.
The attending doctor was not personable and seemed to rush thru my diagnosis. I wasn't given an IV...just a prescription. I was in and out. The doctor was rushing and seemed put-offish. Definitely, would not recommend and have already told family members and friends about my bad experience.
The nurses and staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. They’re kind and friendly, and they work hard to make their patients comfortable despite having to be there for uncomfortable or painful reasons/situations.

They were very kind and understanding. Every staff member was equally as gracious. The situation I came in for was addressed immediately. The US tech came in very quickly and was excellent. Both my husband & I appreciated the excellent care. Thank you.

Top notch service from beginning to end. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the kind and helpful ladies at the front desk and throughout the whole time we were taken care if in the ER. Dr. Lee, Matt and Ernest the nurses, Bob and Scott the Techs. You have an amazing staff that went out of their way to keep us at ease, comfortable, informed, and well cared for,
