Quick-prompt- excellent- medical knowledge and excellent diagnosis
I like the nurses and Drs!! They were very friendly and supportive! I just didn’t like the lactation team, they were not very helpful!

I honestly cannot say enough about my visit to Baylor Urgent Care facility at the Star. Check in was friendly, thorough, and professional. The Medical Assistant, the Nurse, and PA-C were outstanding. They all explained everything to me and made sure that I understood all of my direction. This was a great team and great team effort to take care of me. I really feel satisfied with the diagnosis and the medication that I was prescribed.
I would recommend this urgent care to anyone who is in need.

My surgical experience was an excellent one. My surgeon, Dr. Solomon Chaim, and his staff, are professional, caring and knowledgeable. The recovery room staff were amazing as well. The three recovery nurses, Summer, Kat, and a young Indian girl, (Puyma?), were very kind, attentive and caring. I’m sorry I didn’t get the young Indian woman’s name, as I was still under the influence of the anesthesia. She made sure I was feeling well, gave me plenty of ice chips and was quite attentive. I was very impressed from walking into the lobby until I was released to go home.

Efficiency. Availability of facilities. Good patient information about tests and visit results. High quality of doctors, PA's etc. BSW Hospitals, including the Heart Hospital and adjacent Hospital facilities are great. The lobby of the Warren hospital looks like the lobby of a Ritz Carlton. Keep up the good work.
