The waiting time was reasonable and the staff were great!
The professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Everyone from check-in to check-out were very knowledgeable about their duties and keeping the patient and others informed as to what's going to happen, what happened, how things went, and follow-up actions to be taken.

Easy admission… clean and good customer service
The check-in was very organized and the waiting area was very nice. All of the nurses that I dealt with were wonderful. They all went above and beyond my expectations. They all made me feel like a true patient and not just another count for the day. I very much appreciated their care and compassion. And Dr. Hansen and Dr. Berry were both fantastic! I would definitely recommend Baylor Frisco to anyone.

I've been to most of the hospitals in the Plano/Frisco area both for myself and my husband. Yours is by far the best all around.
