Doctor was rude and started talking to me about problems he has with other sickle cell patients
Pointed out the fact that ove been in the er for rhe same thing — I assumed a doctor would understand that someone with a chronic pain disorder would be come to the emergency room for the same type of treatment I felt very unsafe I was being questioned as if my pain wasnt really and I was seeking for pain pills this is a very dangerous doctor for a patient with sickle cell to deal with I was being accosed with words while in pain I had to advocate for myself while in excruciating pain appreaciate the nurse that treated me as his compassion is the only reason I dont want to escalate things. I hope the doctor that treated me that day gains some bedside decorum I dont think I will be returning to this hospital er

These guys are so nice, It has been my go to place for urgent care when I can’t get in to see my doctor on a days notice. NP Jurry is always pleasant , Ben was awesome, and the nurse too was thorough. The receptionist is nice. I had given inaccurate info regarding when I injured my knee coz I hit it on two different occasions and so I thought I have to call them back to correct it and they were very nice about it even told me it wasn’t going to make a difference since there was just some Age related degenerative changes and not a fracture.

However, my recovery nurse lacked in the normal care I’ve been provided before. I asked for water & 10 mins later still did not receive it so I asked my daughter to find the nurse. She then went on to tell us she was used to handling children. Excuse me…you still need to talk to the parents so why was I any different being a 63yr old patient fir ear tubes?
