Drs were all great. I got a call from business office last week everything is set and covered. 530pm before day of surgery, got a phone call that hosp doesn't take high deductible insurance (that they overlooked) and that I owe $5k the day of surgery!!! I used to have a $3k deductible and they covered 100 % of my surgery. I can understand more if they require me to pay $2k or less. I've worked at this hospital 21 + years and never had to pay, for all my needed surgeries. My bunion was so bad, Dr Taylor said I waited 7 yrs too long I required 3 screws and a plate!! Please check on these for me as I am still paying for my mastectomy Dr's bills !!

I had a horrible visit.
The doctor was extremely rude and seemed to not care at all. I had to stop him from leaving and ask what I should do/ symptoms to watch out for in the future. He just wanted me gone. Absolute worst medical experience by far.

Get surgical rooms cleaned so surgeries can begin on time.
Recovery room nurse should not make the patient feel they need to be on their way beforw they are ready.
