Everyone at BAYLOR are so nice and helpful. The only issue I really had was the nurse when I came out of surgery. The post op nurse was not very pleasant and I had a hard time understanding her.
Kevin was the best nurse I ever had! I always have problems with IV’s, but I never even felt his! Dr. Beckman was good and everything went very smoothly!

All the staff was amazing.
1) You are not BSW unless your systems are integrated with BSW. It is just marketing deception.
2) I filled out your pre-registration form and when I got there, they ignored the data and asked me the same questions.
3) No where on the pre-registration form did you asked for a list of medications. Nor did you tell me to bring a list of them. I could not remember one of my heart meds, which the RN told me could impact the anesthesiologist, which could impact my outcome.
4) When I questioned the RN on why I was not told about my meds list, she immediately blamed my GI doctor.

I came for labour and delivery.. I was in Baylor for 3 nights and 3 days. Anna Clarie was the nurse who took care of me on Oct 21 st during labour, she was excellent. Really loved her service. Once my Baby girl was born baby nurse Maddie, Cristina took very good care of her. After my labour Nurse Jenny helped me with my recovery. All of them were excellent well learned, helpful empathetic.
There were other nurse who helped us out... Housekeeping was also excellent. They worked round the clock.

The facility was clean and bright with plenty of sitting places in the waiting area. The check in process was mostly organized and prompt.
They know how to treat people the nurses are the best I've ever experienced my surgeon was kind patient and provided excellent service
