The facility and staff were great. Easy peezy.
Very friendly staff
From front desk and over all staff, they're all excellent 👌 👍 and great people
Very courteous staff, modern and calm environment.
Treat you very professionally very accommodating
They made sure I was comfortable, explained everything to me as the treatment went on. They made sure I was safe to go home with everything I needed.
Everybody is so great make you feel special and family
great bedside manner from entire staff
The care and attention to detail was incredible.
I think the facility and staff are really nice. I did find it REALLY strange that all the older staff kept asking us “who's watching your toddler?” And “do yall have support at home? Its really important”. It was always implied that we have grandparents at home to help. Its such a difficult situation in this day and age because i mean we do have my husbands parents but we arent super close and my parents are put of the picture. It would have felt SHAMEFUL if we said no.. we dont have support. Parenting is already hard enough- stop shaming parents further. I mean almost every single person asked us. Very odd
ER staff very caring and efficient. I felt well taken care of and will continue to come back when I need care. Thank you
All was outstanding
Convenient Location and Professional Services
excellent
Excellent service. Very professional and courteous staff who expedited my visit. My wait time was minimal.
The staff was kind and helpful, answered every question and was very patient. The doctor was terrible. I get people coming in may just be “another patient” for him but wow. I will always remember my first miscarriage because of what it is. That memory will always be accompanied by how horribly the doctor delivered the news. I won’t be coming back to this ER because of that alone.
Everything went as planned. All staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful.
The entire staff was incredible! Everyone was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. They welcomed every question that I had and answered thoroughly. They made me feel like a collaborator in all decisions about my care and my baby’s care.
Friendly, competent care from everyone involved.
Staff is wonderful.
Great staff that has a wonderful bedside manner.
All the care I had was excellent from check in to surgery and the recovery room. Unfortunately in the day recovery ward and the in my overnight stay I found the nurses to be dismissive and not overly caring or even knowledgeable. I had major surgery and for me it would have helped if the nurses explained to me what they were doing and why. I always think that whiteboards in patients rooms are empowering for the patient, but I had to ask both my nurses to fill out the whiteboard and update me. I also found myself having to ask what drugs they were giving me and what the drugs were for. I was in the day surgery ward just yesterday, and I felt that the nurses were in a hurry to discharge me when I was clearly struggling with dizziness and feeling nauseous. Our nurse that was caring for me when I first arrived only had an hour left of her shift before she left. She gave us our discharge papers when she left. However, we were still in the day surgery area recovering for four more hours and were the last to leave because I was having difficulties. I was told that our discharge papers would have a list of medications that I was given, whilst I was there. But because my first nurse had issued them so early none of the medications that I have been given subsequently were in our discharge papers. This meant that in the evening when we got home, we had to call the hospital to find out what I had been administered and the times to ensure that the medication I was taking at home wasn’t too early or if there were any contraindications. What I have describes his just a few examples of where I felt my care was sorely lacking. There are many more examples that I would be happy to talk through with you if it meant that it would improve other patients experiences
Very personable and accommodating. Excellent care and compassion. Great doctors and staff.
Professional, courteous service and outstanding medical care.
Very professional
I think everyone works well together to help me have as good an experience as one can have in the hospital
Very poor bedside manner from nurse and doctor. They were quick to ignore important information in search of an easy way to get me out of the front door. Doctor communicated in a patronizing way mostly directed at my girlfriend who was present with me. I had come in because I experienced uncontrollable, full body convulsions for roughly three minutes straight. It was something I had never experienced before and was taken VERY lightly by the staff. I had another ongoing medical issue related to my digestive system that the doctor seemed much more interested in giving his two sense on rather than focusing on why I was in the emergency room. They ran basic tests like blood, urine, and an EKG, but said they didn't think any brain scans were necessary because I didn't have stroke signs: well, surprise! It was a seizure. I had an absolutely miserable time. We walked in and out of that ER with virtually no help, no sympathy, and no better understanding at all and a fat bill. The front desk lady was nice, and the nurse who put my IV in was fine.
The service is very good; they are always attentive. Excellent.
The staff at BS&W were all awesome! From the ladies at the front desk to the nurses at BS&W everyone was so helpful, polite and efficient.

Things were great except for the nursery and it's staff. They did not communicate well among each other or with us. Some seem judgemental and dismissive. Neglected to inform us that they can take the baby for mum and dad to get needed sleep. Information was given in a disorganized way. Everyone coming in and give information and asking the same questions which clarified lack of communication in the nursery with every shift change.
They can have written material and covering important information in an organized way. Giving a schedule of what tests need to be done and approximately when. Keep the line of communication open between nursery staff as well as well mum nurses so the care can be wholesome and complete.
