"During one of the most difficult and vulnerable times of our lives, the team from Baylor Scott and white medical center frisco provided an extraordinary level of care, comfort, and support for myself and our entire family.
From day one, the communication was clear, fast, and transparent. The nurses and aides treated me with such deep dignity, patience, and kindness—it never felt like a cold medical visit. Special thanks to nurse Karla at labor and delivery & Keysla at postpartum , who went above and beyond to manage pain, answer our endless questions, and keep us calm and informed every step of the way.
Knowing that someone was available by phone 24/7 gave us immense peace of mind. They didn't just care for our loved one; they cared for us as a family, offering emotional and grief support when we needed it most. We will forever be grateful for the grace and gentleness they brought into our home. I would recommend them without hesitation."

I need to admit that after many years living in the Frisco area and the very few times in my life I have to experience the emergency room because of my kids or friends or family members in different hospitals in the Frisco Plano area. This ER has been the best: from the moment I had to interact with triage till the moment I had to be discharged surely the best experience. Thank you to the staff and Doctor and nurse on duty that morning Thank you.
Less than pleasant nurses in your face when you wake up from surgery. Yelling at me asking when my pain level is going to drop while I’m crying in excruciating pain.
Convenient location. Easy check in. Staff on time. Extremely professional and caring. Clean facilities. Enjoyed the prayer visit from chaplain prior to my procedure. Efficient and easy check out process.
All the staff and management did all arrangements spot on. The doctors and team I will be always thankful to them . After anesthesia the recovery team was also very sensitive and helpful to all the needs .so all in all I and my family will rate Baylor facility no 1

Everything! Very clean facility, staff is kind, friendly, caring and obviously knowledgeable about their responsibilities. They run their business smoothly, answer all your questions promptly. Everyone explains exactly what their position is and also greet you with a smile when they introduce themselves. I feel comfortable every step of the way.

Very impressed and pleased.
Was not able to get the care I needed at the time I was there. Inaccuracies in after visit notes are concerning that the symptoms and condition was not accurately understood. This led to a week long stay in another hospital after the problem continued to progress for 3 more days. When I returned to BSW Centennial ER on 10/3/2026, I received much better care with a better understanding of the symptoms and condition.
Dr Gulick is an amazing surgeon. Nursing staff was wonderful, check in and communication process for my husband was easy.
