Everyone was so wonderful from the nurses to the doctors. I have had several operations in the past and my stay at Baylor Scott White was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. I want to thank all of you who helped me.
Thank you

Minimal wait time, quick registration process. Unfortunately, symptoms could not be managed at the clinic.
The professional appearance of the facility. Felt like I was in a real medical facility, unlike being in a CareNow building.
The doctors and nurses also look and interact in a very professional and courteous manner.
I was confident in their ability and the look and feel of the facility added to that.
I came here after taking a friend here a few times.
The kindness shown by everyone I came in contact with
Every person I encountered from the front desk to the nurses and doctors were 100% focused on taking exceptional care of me.
In final recovery I was being “pushed out”
of the hospital by one nurse even though my physician had been contacted and who provided orders for me to stay overnight due to my own inability to use my scooter after ankle surgery and the fact my husband could do little to help until I had better control of my mobility as I do now. He has his own mobility problems and uses a cane to ambulate.
I had two nurses who were amazing in recovery and they tried to keep me there and they contacted Dr Chaim on my behalf.
I fully understand how insurance companies call the shots and practice medicine, but I expected my health team to step in and help advocate for me as I have done many times as an office manager in various practices. Sadly this was not the case last night. I finally gave up as I was tired of hearing her speak and said to give me clothing so I could just go home.
Her compassion and understanding is sorely lacking in patient care. It was not safe to send me home last night and my husband and I were shocked at her treatment and attitude.
I am very disappointed about the care I received while being discharged. Maybe she receives a financial
bonus for every patient who is pushed out of your facility.
Very personable and kind
Great people that were pleasant, connected to me and gave me a sense of reassurance
Dr. Alder and his team are amazing!
Professional, courteous, timely, thorough
I was at BSW Frisco to deliver my daughter. My night nurse, Jody, had a terrible attitude that really affected my experience. Then in postpartum, I only got 2 hours of sleep at night because of the amount of traffic in and out of my room at all hours.
I'm 52yrs old and I've traveled the world during my 22yrs of service in the Army and this is the best ER I've visited. Everyone made me feel as if I was part of the family. I received great service.
I want to say everyone was professional and respectful. Everyone was caring and explaining to me everything in detail.
Friendly. Made whole surgical event smooth and comfy. Quick entry. No wait and on time
Love the doctors, nurses and staff ! The size of the hospital is not huge and I like that. I really like the waiting area in the front of the hospital with the very comfortable seating and wide selection of hot beverages and snacks since I have to drive 1 1/2 hrs to get there, I really need something. When you enter there is a welcoming, almost hotel environment. I highly recommend !
You guys are great.
It took multiple attempts to properly insert the IV, which was painful and unnecessary. Patients should not have to endure repeated sticks from licensed professionals who are unable to locate a vein.
Additionally, I was placed in the post-surgical area without receiving any nursing care. I remained unattended until I eventually woke up from anesthesia on my own and pressed the call button. The nurse claimed she was unaware she had a patient, despite seeing my family members waiting in the bay assigned to her.
When I was finally cleared to get up in preparation for discharge, the care provided was anything but gentle. Overall, I felt uncared for and overlooked throughout the experience. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone based on the level of care I received.
That said, my surgeon was outstanding! For any future procedures, I will choose a different facility solely because of the pre-operative and postoperative care issues I encountered here.

Staff was VERY attentive, pleasant and helpful. Hospital is very nice, clean, quiet, and, at least for now, uncrowded.
Michael McWilliams is awesome! The admitting nurses were very nice.
Everything, every experience for patient care was wonderful.
Everyone was very friendly from checking to discharge. Very attentive during my short time there.
Easy checkin. Friendly staff, and knowledgeable doctors. Fast service.
Everyone was so kind and helpful and they answered all of my questions. I was there to deliver my first baby and they made me and my new baby feel loved and cared for!
Quick in and out. Very caring staff.
It’s easy to get in, get tested and it’s over with quick.
My husband and I are SO pleased with the care that we received during our hospital stay. We delivered our first baby and had to have a C-section after many hours of laboring and then our baby had to go to the NICU to manage his blood sugars. We were so impressed with how thorough, attentive, kind, and caring all of the nurses, doctors, nurse practitioners, lactation consultants, and techs were. We were exceptionally pleased with the care we were given by our L&D nurses Sophia and Alix. We were so thankful
to have had Sophia as our nurse during active labor and our c-section. Our postpartum nurses, Devin and Katie were also exceptional and were so attentive and had amazing bedside manner. Shy, NICU nurse also had our baby for 2 days in the NICU and was so caring and had such an amazing and uplifting personality. 10/10 recommend doing to Baylor Scott and White Frisco for your delivery!
Friendly staff

I’m from out of town first of all…my daughter had used Dr Taylor for the same surgery and she had a very successful experience so that’s what led me to use him. My experience was even more positive than I could imagine. From the minute I walked in the door I felt calm and at ease. The entire staff was very impressive. I loved how they enter acted with each other…last but not least I’ve only had two surgeries in my 69 years but my husband has had many procedures and never had we have any doctor's to pray over us. I’m so thankful that I made the decision to travel to Frisco and use Dr Taylor for my surgery. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you! Sincerely Name removed
