Very professional, competent, and accommodating staff. I was treated more like a guest than a patient.
This is my second time delivering a baby at Baylor Scott and white frisco. I had my first child at Baylor Scott and white frisco back in 2024. The great experience I had with my first baby at Baylor in frisco brought me back to deliver my second baby at the same location. The whole labor and delivery team was amazing. I am speechless. They are very caring, compassionate, supportive and very knowledgeable team. I didn’t have any bad experience at all during my stay. I also work in the health care field and I know it’s not an easy job but the labor and delivery team at Baylor are true healthcare heroes. They are beyond amazing and I wanted to say thank you so much for caring for me and my baby non stop and made my stay at Baylor unforgettable.i am so greatful and thankful for the whole labor and delivery team.
Professional Friendly
Baylor is truly an outstanding place. My wife and I had our first baby there, and our experience exceeded all expectations. Every nurse who cared for my wife contributed to making our experience exceptional, and they truly represent the organization at its best.
I have never encountered such a high level of compassion and empathy from healthcare professionals. In particular, the two Anas and Emy were incredibly helpful and made a lasting impression on us.
We are extremely grateful, very happy with the care we received, and would gladly return in the future. 100% satisfaction.
Er was fast
The lobby and waiting area was comfortable. I noticed much of the staff smiled when walking around.

Free coffee for my driver as well as muffins and pastries. The waiting room was comfortable with plenty of space so you didn't feel crammed together at all. The walk to the prep room was also short. Plenty of parking. Just a good overall experience.

Tanner, my pre-op nurse, was fantastic. He was very professional with a touch of personal thrown in. He was very knowledgable about my procedure and answered any questions I had. It was very nice to wake up in the first part of recovery and have him there. A familiar face!

I could not speak highly enough about the care I got the morning of my visit. Not just an ER visit, but pretty much any medical visit I have ever had...Dr Brockman was exceptional as were all of the people who attended to me...I am so embarrassed that I don't remember al the names, save for Bryan...but everyone was gracious, professional, conversational and had great sense of humor, which I personally think has an important place in an ER. Before I left I told Dr Brockman 1 on 1 and then the entire staff, that we all know the state of our world today...and if we had more people like all you, this world would be a much better place. One of the more meaningful experiences I have had in a long time.THANK YOU to the entire Staff... You represent the medical industry so very well ... And You all change the world one patient and one day at a time, even if it goes unsaid at times
