The entire nursery staff was so kind and made me very comfortable.

The entire process from pre-op to post-op was very efficient. No wasted motion or time. The only exception was waiting on the operation theater/prior procedure, resulting in a delay in my procedure. All staff were very friendly and most caring. This was my first experience with this hospital and my wife and I were very impressed.

I was informed that I would be given an injection by front office then the PA tells me they can’t do injections so it was a visit I could have done somewhere else
The L&D hospital staff are very friendly were attentive to my needs and of my child. They made sure all questions were answered and procedures explained fully and we were comfortable. It is like a small family. Many nurses such as Olivia, Priscilla, Irene, Stacey, Courtney, Latoya, Jessie went over and above during my son's and my stay. If I've forgotten names please forgive me.
Food was also good.

I have been to most hospitals in the metro plex and this hospital is great .. in cleanliness, very friendly, perfectional care and best nurses and Drs. I recommend it always. Great job!

All of the people ere so friendly. No one is at the hospital because they want to be there, Your people, from the check-in, to the nurses in the holding area, the anesthetist, the nurses in the recovery areas - everyone was cheerful and helpful.
I contrast your hospital with the services that our family has received at Methodist Richardson where an individual presenting chest pains was told to: "Take a clipboard, fill out the information, put it back on the desk, then have a seat. Someone will be with you after that." or a patient arrives by ambulance having tested positive for COVID, informs the staff that he is positive, and advises that he had fallen while trying to get to the bathroom. The reaction? Slap a "FALL RISK" band to his wrist and start an IV since he must be dehydrated. Masks? Never. (Never from the Firemen, too.) Time to go - WALK out, their fall risk WALKES out of their ER. Never go there again of my own free will.
Everyone was highly attentive as soon as I walked in the door. Rarely was I in the room without someone coming in to gather data and/or check on me. I knew I was in good hands and would definitely return in the case of another emergency.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable waiting areas. Everyone, including nursing staff, are the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. This facility is a model for what all medical facilities should be.
I had sinus surgery in dec 2024 and loved everything about the surgery center so when my husband needed the same surgery we knew we would want to go here plus we love Dr Mathney Love the waiting area , check in ,all the nurses pre op Rebecca ,Carly surgery nurse and the recovery nurse also great Anesthesiologist Bonus was a coupon for half price off food while I waited which was not expensive to start with free great coffee and fresh brewed tea Everything was thought out for a pleasant experience from start to finish ! :)
I liked all the services. Nurses care was good and food was also good. I recovered quickly.
