There was a nurse in the room with the doctor. Both of them were asking me questions at the same time. I wasn't answering because I was waiting until one of them stopped. While I was waiting the nurse snapped at me about not knowing the milligrams I was taking. She said in a very condescending tone - "You should write these things down if you can't remember them."

I began to gather my things and leave, but the doctor stopped me. I told her that I didn't appreciate how she spoke to me. She just had to wait for my answer. I told her that my memory was fine and not to speak to me that way.

We continue with the questions. After the doctor left she apologized to me. It was too late because she had already offended me. I calmed down and she left and I didn't see her again during my visit.

Even though I'm a senior, she had no right to speak to anyone like that. That was unprofessional and uncalled for. Because of her, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to your ER. It's too bad but you can't undo the tone of someone once it's out.

I love my labor and delivery nurses so much. Big callout to Karen and Theresa!!! They are absolutely amazing and my experience is 100 times better thanks to them.

For postpartum and nursery, everyone is so sweet and willing to help. Love my nursery nurse Anna. She is so patient and helpful! but the only thing I’m not a fan of was there is a lab nurse who took my blood twice due to the first time she failed and let out a gush of blood. The spot is pretty bad bruised on my arm.

Good service

Recovery from my surgery was vey rough. Recovery was planned for 45 minutes and lasted over two hours. This was primarily because my assigned RN Jay didn't seem to know what to do when my PulseOx dropped and several other RNs had to come over to tell him This happened at least two different times. I laid there shaking from being cold for over 30 minutes fully uncovered without him coming to check on my once during that time. Then he finally went and found a blanket (this was late in the afternoon and he DID NOT have any other patients in recovery). I was discharged straight from Recovery 1 due to the lateness in the day and Jay didn't know anything to say other than hand me a print-out with instructions and suggest I read it. He knew nothing about how the surgery went or directions from the doctor. Finally, after going for almost 24 hours with no food/drink, Jay didn't offer anything to me until I had been awake for 90 minutes when he brought over a small cup of tap water. All in all, I received very poor care in Recovery 1 and would not ever suggest to someone to have a procedure at this hospital because of that.

Everyone was very pleasant and respective. They kept us informed about what to expect, what and why they were running tests and the results.

Every single nurse we encountered in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum Care, and the Nursery was absolutely amazing. I truly could not have asked for a better birthing experience, and I will forever be grateful for the way they cared for me and my baby.

From the moment we arrived, I felt supported, cared for, and genuinely seen. They were so patient, compassionate, encouraging, and attentive to every little thing. During such an emotional and vulnerable time, having nurses who made me feel safe and comfortable meant more than they will ever know.

You could truly tell that they love what they do and have a genuine passion for caring for moms and their babies. Every interaction felt personal, and they treated us with so much kindness and compassion.

Thank you to every nurse who played a part in bringing my baby J3 into the world and caring for us afterward. You helped make such a special and unforgettable moment in my life even more beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.
