Prompt and professional
From the moment I checked in until the day I went home, I was treated with such kindness and compassion. The facility was spotless, and every doctor, nurse, and staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Their warmth, patience, and dedication truly made a difficult time so much easier. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and support I received.
The staff was wonderful.
Rachael (the tending nurse) was fantastic. She has a good personality and a wonderful sense of humor. The three of us (my wife, me, and Rachael) chatted for a bit once I was in the waiting area being prepped, she did nice job.
The three personnel (don't recall their names) in the operating room were very nice from what I recall, as I went under pretty quick once I went in for my procedure, a good group of people!
Dr. Collins was a nice guy, took time to explain what he would be doing, and we had some general conversation. He has "a good bedside manner".

I enjoyed the professionalism and efficiency of the hospital staff. Everything was wonderful from the admission process all the way to discharge. I was treated with respect and never rushed at any point during the process.

All staff kind and concerned worked well together for my comfort and reassured me all would be well! Made sure I was comfortable and let me ask questions and they listened well I had a lot of anxiety and they took great care of me. This hospital doesn’t participate in the BSW portal so I had to go through all of my history, meds, etc when I felt horrible. Plus, the person who did my IV did a terrible job and it swelled, bruised, and was very painful for days.

All the staff was absolutely amazing, both at L&D and the postpartum ward. Doctors, nurses, cleaners, food staff, everyone! Staff was friendly, never felt rushed, was knowledgeable and just over all felt top of the line. The facilities were nice and clean and felt very up to date.
